Speed Check - Another Update

The new look of Speed Check, a vision that looks beautiful and timeless. This is our biggest update to date and we have a lot to talk about. Starting with our logo, do you like it? We decided to rename the project rather than "Speed Check Zero" to just "Speed Check", with its year date beside it, the question would be why? Well, to answer that, Speed Check will have major updates each year. We thought it would be cool to have the version year on it. So, the logo changes ever so slightly (from different colours, different boxes, circles and ofcourse 07 will change into 08 then into 09 - if we ever get that far) each year. So, that is the release year even though I didn't expect it to be ready anytime soon.

Sponsorship Gone in the Wind?

I don't care to much about the sponsorship anymore, I felt under pressure. I think it's better not to have it until I actually have a full game there. Speed Check is coming up to being 2 years old in September since the project first started to be planned (it has been long!). So I haven't talked to the sponsors in a while but I'm looking for a team now. A powerful one so we can get this success together.

Your Inbox - A Change in Online Talk!

The old look of Your Inbox didn't look great - well I don't think so anyway. So, I decided to make things easier and more efficient, dynamic and user friendly. Letting the user be in control is always a great function. And here's what I got...

Enlarge it, I think you'll be quite amazed. So, things look different. Why so? Well, I decided to cut things into sections like hotmail, aol or any e-mail service you would see on the internet. Plus allowing sponsors to send out e-mails to the junk-mail folder which also will consist of player messages. Friends messages will go into the "From Friends" section and finally there is the "Importance" which will consist of messages from Admins, Mods.

New In Game User Interface

The New User Interface for "in game" is being called 'Type Zero" - you can change it from Type Zero to Classic if you prefer the old look. There will also be the chance to change colours to spice up the way you want your experience to look and feel.
